Return & Refund Policy – Tarasha Jaipur

At Tarasha Jaipur, we take great care in delivering high-quality products. As most of our pieces are carefully sourced and some are made on order, we follow a limited return policy.

No Return / No Refund

  • We do not offer returns or refunds on any orders
  • This includes both ready-to-ship and made-on-order products

Exchange Policy (only in case of issue)

We offer an exchange only if you receive:

  • A damaged product, or
  • A wrong item

How to request an exchange

  • You must inform us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Share:
    • Order details
    • Clear unboxing video (mandatory)
    • Photos of the issue

👉 Without an unboxing video, we won’t be able to process the request

Exchange Process

  • Once approved, we will arrange a replacement of the same product
  • If the product is not available, you may choose another item of equal value

What is NOT considered eligible

  • Minor color variations (due to lighting or screen differences)
  • Slight irregularities in fabric or print (part of handcrafted nature)
  • Change of mind or personal preference

Refunds

  • Refunds are not applicable
  • Only exchanges are provided in valid cases
